I am located just 6 miles east of International Falls, off of Highway #11.

Boarding:
Each dog will have its own spacious 8' x 8' room (not a crate) in my climate-controlled boarding building,
with full-time access to their own outdoor yard as well via a doggy door!
The outdoor yards are poured concrete, making them secure, clean and safe (no digging under to get to neighboring dogs!)
The interior rooms have 6' x 8' area rugs for a more cozy home atmosphere.
I provide cots with blankets for them to sleep on, as well as stainless steel food bowls and water bowls,
plus every day they get a different set of 5 or more fun dog toys and real bones to chew on (not rawhides).
I also do have one 5' x 10' room without outside access I keep available for last minute boarders
(typically emergency situation) or that I can use for dogs that owner's prefer to be indoors only.
I take the dogs out to exercise on my 10 acres multiple times a day,
either in my expansive yard area or on the trails I keep groomed in my woods,
whether your preference is on-leash, off leash or with e-collars you provide that you have trained them with.
Dogs boarded here get to run and play off leash if applicable;
those that enjoy playing fetch get to do that;
those that enjoy exploring the woods get to go for walks/runs on my massive trail system;
those that like to just sniff and meander around my yard get to do that;
those that love a swim get to do that in my pond or wading pool.
I cater to dogs of all sizes and personalities 🥰
All you have to do is bring enough food for your furry family member's stay :)
I provide air tight food containers (a large 3 gallon size) for each room, so you may bring your dog food in a bag or ziplock bags.
You may bring your own container as well, just clearly label your dog's food container
with their name and feeding amounts per meal.
You ARE welcome to bring their crate/bed/blanket/treats/toys etc.
Boarding Policies:
By boarding your pet(s) here, you are consenting to read and abide by the policies listed below
and this is a legal and binding contract as such.😊
It is also your responsibility to check on any updates of boarding policies and fees before your pet's stay.
1. TEXT me a screenshot that shows your pet(s) current vaccinations,
which must include Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, & Hepatitis as well as Bordetella.
2. Written/typed info card listing your pet(s) feeding amount & schedule,
unless you have it written on their own food container;
please include on this any allergies or RX info ,
3. Text me your emergency contact information
so I can add it to your contact information that I keep in my phone;
4. You authorize me to bring your dog to the vet in case of an emergency
and I cannot reach you or your emergency contact.
My extended stay boarding fee is $35/day, per dog
If you have 2 dogs that can room together, my fee will be $60 for the both of them, per day.
My fee is per CALENDAR DAY as I don't have a "check out" and "check in" time
as my clients' drop off and pick up times vary.
My ONE-DAY-ONLY daycare fee is $45 for ONE dog ($80 for 2 sharing a room)
must be paid in full upon booking, and is non-refundable without a one week notice.
No refunds for early pick ups either as I have your dog(s) room reserved for them for the duration you told me at booking.
HOLIDAYS: If you drop off or pick up on a HOLIDAY, I do charge a $10 fee for that day.
It is preferable to me to not have to juggle dog appointments on those days, and just focus on my dog walking & meal times,
and trying to enjoy the rest of the holiday without appointment interruptions.
HOLIDAYS: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
If your pet is over 1 year old & NOT spayed or neutered, you MUST inform me!
This is to prevent aggressiveness between dogs as well as dogs attempting to breed.
I will not be held liable or responsible for any type of accident or pregnancy due to lack of disclosure on any pet owner’s part.
If I am informed, then I am able to do my due diligence to prevent these types of incidents. THANKS!
I reserve the right to decline dogs if I feel they aren't a good fit for my facility
(aggressive towards other dogs/destructive to property)
If your dog is destructive to my property here,
such as being an "escape artist" who destroys their room or outside yard area,
I will expect you to pay any cost from damage, and if I cannot keep them safely contained in their room
they will need to be picked up by you or your emergency contact ASAP.
I am here to provide safe & loving care for dogs who will enjoy the positive experience they can have here.
*** Please note, I do offer professional training services for aggressive dogs,
so that option is available BEFORE your dog could be boarded here :)
I also offer recall training, either before or during your dog's stay,
for which there is an additional fee (see training info at bottom of page).

• E-collar trained dogs must bring own e-collar and charging units please.
I do have retractable leashes I can use for those who only have short leashes,
and if you have a dog that doesn’t do well on a leash (example-pulling hard)
I will use a simple slip chain collar on them if needed.
• Bring exact cash for payment in full at DROP-OFF of pet(s). I do not keep change on hand.
or send via Venmo (friends method NOT goods/service please) one day BEFORE drop off.
Payment is expected in full at drop off as if you would happen to be an emergency/delay
& you need someone else to pick up your pet(s),
I do not want to have to try to collect payment from them, thanks.
• The reservation fee is due when you make your reservation
(via Venmo (friends method, NOT "goods/service" please), electronic bank transfer,

and is half of the amount of the stay of your pet(s).

I will not be reaching out to confirm reservations anymore-your deposit is your confirmation.
Deposits will be forfeited without a minimum of a 1 week notice,
or a 2 week notice for Holiday bookings due to full bookings at those times.
Holiday bookings include:
the duration of Christmas break through New Years;
Easter's 4 day weekend; March Spring Break week;
Memorial Day's 4 day weekend; the week/weekend that includes the 4th of July;
October's MEA's 4 day weekend; Thanksgiving's 4 day weekend.
These are my busiest times when I book early & often have to turn away potential boarders,
so your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Drop off & Pick up APPOINTMENT times may be scheduled between the hours of:
September through May:
Sundays through Fridays 8:30am-12:30pm; 5:00pm-6:00pm*
*Occasionally I do make TIME exceptions if able, so please just ask.
Saturdays: AT 8:00am OR AT 5:30pm ONLY
An appointment time is just as described; it is NOT a time frame of half hour to an hour!
Please type my address into your GPS or map app
and that will give you an accurate ETA that you then can give me as your appointment time.
If it changes by more than 15 minutes, please update me
while also knowing I do not get phone service unless I am in my house
and I am outside a lot so I may not get your updated time.
Best times to update are by 9am, at noon or around 5pm when I am having a meal break.

as sometimes I have a dog/other dogs out for exercise

My initial fee for a case study and training plan is $70,
This usually involves two sessions of 1 hour each (which does include my travel time).
If you live more than 10-15 minutes away, there will be an additional fee if more time is needed as I charge $35/hour.
I will provide you with a verbal/written observation and training plan recommendation for you to implement
and then if you still require my services to assist with training, we can discuss continued rates.
