By boarding your pet(s) here, you are consenting to read and abide by the policies listed below 😊
It is also your responsibility to check on any updates of boarding policies and fees (see "Boarding" page for rates) before your pet's stay.
Boarding Policies: (last updated 7/28/2024)
Updates will be done in capitalized RED BOLD PRINT for a period of 30 days of the change.
ALSO, there is a NAVIGATION bar to click on, as I have 4 different pages of different kind of information :)
Be sure to click on it as there is a page with my fees and other boarding information on one of them.
• Provide me with a photocopy from your vet that shows your pet(s) current vaccinations
for me to keep on file, please.
• Written/typed info card listing your pet(s) feeding amount & schedule;
as well as your contact information & emergency contact information;
and any allergies, RX info and special walking needs.
If your pet is over 1 year old & NOT spayed or neutered, you MUST inform me!
This is to prevent aggressiveness between dogs as well as dogs attempting to breed.
I will not be held liable or responsible for any type of accident or pregnancy due to lack of disclosure on any pet owner’s part.
If I am informed, then I am able to do my due diligence to prevent these types of incidents. THANKS!

• You are welcome to bring your pet(s)’ own bedding & favorite toys as well,
but I do provide cots with blankets and a great variety of toys of all sizes for all sizes of pets.
Their favorite treats are fine to bring too, but I also have treats I give (unless have allergies).
• E-collar trained dogs must bring own e-collar and charging units please.
I do have retractable leashes I can use for those who only have short leashes,
and if you have a dog that doesn’t do well on a leash (example-pulling hard)
I will use a simple slip chain collar on them if needed.
• Bring exact cash for payment in full at DROP-OFF of pet(s).
Please don’t wait for PICK-UP, as if there would happen to be an emergency
& you need someone else to pick up your pet(s),
I do not want to have to try to collect payment from them, thanks.
• The reservation fee is due when you make your reservation
(via Venmo, electronic bank transfer or cash in hand) and is half of the amount of the stay of your pet(s).
Reservations are to be made the month before, but if I have availability I always accept boarders with shorter notice.
I will no longer be accepting reservations more than 2 months in advance .
For example, reservations for the month of July can be made anytime after June 1st
I will not be reaching out to confirm reservations anymore-your deposit is your confirmation.
Deposits will be forfeited without a minimum of a 1 week notice.
• I enjoy walking the dogs I board a lot, so rest assured your beloved pet
won’t be cooped up in their room all day long.
I also do enjoy taking and posting videos of the dogs I board,
as it helps give their people peace of mind seeing them enjoy themselves at my facility.
If you are opposed to me taking a video of your pet(s), please just let know and I will make a note in your file.
• Pick-up & drop-off times must be SPECIFIC times and adhered to within a 5 minute time frame,
unless I am given a minimum of a 3 hour notice that you would LIKE it changed
to a different time AND I can accommodate the time change. I have extremely limited cell service here (usually only works in my house ) and since I am in kennel or outside a lot, I won’t get any messages until I’m back in my house, usually at meal break times I take.
Please understand, I have work & chores to do,
other dogs to tend to besides the incoming/outgoing, occasionally personal appointments,
and during the school year I drive school bus part time, so I appreciate courteous and prompt pick ups and drop offs 😊
I schedule everything I do around the pick-up & drop-off appointment time we agree upon,
Appointment availability times are:
September-May:
Sundays 12:00pm-6:00pm;
Monday-Friday: 9:00am-2:00pm and 5:30-6pm
June - August:
Sundays 12:00pm-6:00pm;
Monday-Friday: 8:00am- 12noon & 2pm-6:00pm
occasionally I make time exceptions, just ask 😊
CLARIFICATION 6/23/2024:
My fee is per CALENDAR DAY as I don't have a "check out" and "check in" time
as my clients' drop off and pick up times vary.
I do NOT double book a room as I need time to clean each room and yard before the next doggy arrival,
and occasionally I have a client who is running late which would then leave me double booked.
My fees are listed under "Boarding & Personalized Training fees".
